Tasting Notes:
Aroma:
Intricate and subtle herbal aromas of tarragon, bay leaf and
rosemary with earthy mineral notes of pine resin, tree sap, aged leather
and worm salt.
Palate: Full bodied

Palate:
Full bodied mouthfeel with complex flavours of salted herb
butter, jasmine tea and botanical notes of grass, sage and eucalyptus
leaf with a delicate hint of smoke.

Finish:
Long and complex finish with an oily minerality that lingers
and leaves the palate salivating for more.
